Swadyog Thali – Location and Ambience
Located at just a 1-minute walk from the busy Vidya Vikas traffic circle on Gangapur Road, Swadyog Thali has a clean and spacious dining area, maintaining good hygiene standards.
Although there is no dedicated parking, roadside space is available for a few cars and two-wheelers.
The restaurant also features a banquet hall on the upper floor with a capacity of about 80-100 people, suitable for family functions, parties, or group gatherings.
Family-Friendly Setting & Prompt Service
The restaurant has a pleasant and traditional family-friendly ambience, perfect for relaxed lunches and dinners.
During my visit, two large family groups were already enjoying their thalis – clearly, Swadyog attracts diners who appreciate a traditional style meal experience.
Swadyog Thali comes with an excellent variety of dishes
Swadyog offers a pure vegetarian unlimited thali priced at just ₹310, which is quite impressive given the wide range of items.
The thali includes two welcome drinks, followed by three types of starters. The main course included four vegetable curries and a special dish, three types of Indian bread, 2 rice dishes, dal and kadhi, 2 types of sweets and side dishes!
