Shiv Sagar Pure Veg Restaurant – Ambience & Location

Shiv Sagar is hard to miss if you are near Pathardi Phata junction. The restaurant is set in a spacious two-storey building: a South Indian outlet on the ground floor, the dedicated Thali hall on the first floor, and a Punjabi restaurant above it.

The thali hall itself is large, air-conditioned, airy, and bright, with tall windows overlooking the flyover and the open sky.

Families, travellers, and office-goers alike find it a pleasant and comfortable place to enjoy their meal. Polite staff and quick service add to the experience.

The thali at Shiv Sagar is a delicious mix of authentic Gujarati flavours on a single plate. The sweet dal, spicy dal, and tangy Kadhi along with the Khichadi together create a comforting balance, while the delicious Undhiyu pairs perfectly with freshly made bajri Rotla/bhakri.

A glass of cool, refreshing Chhaas completes the experience, making the meal feel light yet satisfying. The moong dal Sheera, rich with ghee, melts in the mouth, while the soft and fluffy Dhokla adds a tempting savoury bite.
