Special Dish – Dal Baati with Churma (served every day except Saturday when Dahi Vada replaces Dal Baati)
Sweets – Puran Poli and Strawberry Basundi
Farsan/Starter – a special Kathiyawadi Roll stuffed with a delicious spiced potato-carrot-peas filling
Spicy Dal and Gujarati Kadhi served with Plain rice and Tawa pulao
Chaas, papad, chutneys, and fresh salad complete the thali

The highlight of the meal is undoubtedly the Dal Baati with Churma – aromatic, wholesome, and authentically Rajasthani.

The Kathiyawadi Roll, with its crisp texture and balanced spice made for an impressive starter. I liked the Tawa Pulao as well.

The Strawberry Basundi added a refreshing sweetness to end the meal on a satisfying note.
